In 1984, Mr. Dan Moore created Bay Colony Investigators with the intent to specialize in Hospitality Services as they relate to the Security industry. Mr. Moore has an extensive law enforcement background and opportunities arose for him to create a security guard force for several of Boston's elite hotels. Mr Dan Moore focused onĀ offering a service would offer more than just a 'guard service'!
Over the next several years, Dan Moore created a force of professional individuals with extensive law enforcement backgrounds including retired federal agents, police and/or security personnel. The service expanded, as did the demand for such an elite corps of qualified hospitality (Full-Service) oriented, security trained officers.
With the diversified talents of so many employees of BCI, various divisions of the company were created. Mr. Moore had the foresight to tap these talents and satisfy demand in the marketplace while insisting on the hospitality (Full-Service) image with each division.
Several divisions were created, with supervisors who have the expertise to specialize, develop, train and monitor an overlapping staff. As a result of these talents, an armed division developed and that Team developed a Protective Services Unit (more than just a "bodyguard"). Another 'Full-Service' Team!
Mr. Moore has strengthened his Law Enforcement and Security Services background over the last 26 years. Mr. Moore is a Massachusetts Criminal Justice Training Council; Certified Crime Prevention Officer and certified in 'Homeland Security Level III'. As President and CEO of Bay Colony Investigators, Mr. Moore is available for expert consultation.
Along with numerous certifications and commendations, the Bay Colony client-list reads like a Who's Who of dignitaries, colleges, social events, corporations and celebrities. Bay Colony Investigators, Inc. carries insurance limits ($3 million aggregate) and every employee is individually bonded.
